There are two ways that you can update your Mac OS X 10.7.5 to the latest version. You can either do it through the Mac App Store, or you can download the standalone installer from Apple’s website. If you want to update through the Mac App Store, simply launch it and click on the Updates tab. The App Store will then check for any updates that are available, and you can install them by clicking on the Update button next to each one.

If you would rather download the standalone installer, you can get it from Apple’s website. Just be sure to select the version of OS X that you want (10.7.5 in this case), and then click on the Download button. Once the installer has downloaded, simply run it and follow the prompts to install the update.
