Some of them will not work, others will surprise you with their possibilities. Cheat codes can be turned off in the options. The list below are not confirmed to work 100% of the time, but can be used if their effect is intended by Unknown Worlds Entertainment, otherwise they are just random effects which you can use for your entertainment.

-ToggleInvFilling – Allows you to use the subnautica console even when you are full up on air/water. Do not spam this command otherwise your stomach will start displaying issues (although you can negate the hunger by using the cloning recipe, pressing space bar to activate it, then placing things into the cloning machine.
